Description of the problem
A governance model is in general influencing the decisions that can be taken, hence in a certain sense it imposes a limit to the actions that can be taken. The model in itself plays a role in conditioning the decisions.
Alternative goverance models are not unversal. In this sense, because we live in a society with its own rules and laws, not all the alternative models can be applied to every context. There are clear restrictions that most of the time are context-dependent. Culture could be a restriction, but also and most importantly, laws and regulations can prevent for a certain model to be applied in a certain context.
